Le Jardin des Délices At Le Jardin des Délices, we cook good, honest food — simply and with heart. Chef David and his daughter Alison welcome you from Wednesday to Sunday in a relaxed and friendly setting, where you can enjoy seasonal, homemade cooking that celebrates local produce and the people who grow it. A word from the chef “My cooking began in the family vegetable garden, grew during my years in London, and was refined over twenty years working in kitchens on the Côte d’Azur. Today, I like to bring these influences together to create food that is generous, straightforward and full of flavour — where every ingredient has a reason to be there.” We work closely with producers we trust, including Limousin beef, Noir du Velay lamb, local trout, organic vegetables and farmhouse cheeses.
